The New Balance High School Mile has long been a staple at the NYRR Millrose Games, with past winners including sub-four minute miler Kyle Merber and 2013 IAAF World Championships qualifier Cory McGee. Bella Burda: My 9:33 in the 3K last indoor season.

Bella Burda: "Stay the course" - This is  a classic Coach [Steve] Arnett phrase. It applies to both ups and downs. It reminds me to trust, stay level headed and focused.
